Securing Dates
Carolina Coliseum calendar dates are available to rental clients on
a first-come, first-serve basis. Dates will be placed on hold upon
request. "Holds" remain in effect until another party expresses
interest in the date, at which point Carolina Coliseum will give the
original holder a commitment deadline.
Contract Execution
All arrangements are tentative until a contract has been fully
executed and returned. Four copies of the contract are sent to the
Client as soon as the event "hold" in question becomes a firm
commitment. The Client then must sign all copies and return them to
the facility. The Client will receive one executed copy for filing.
Settlement
Settlement between the Client and the facility typically takes place
at the conclusion of the event, at which time the facility presents
to the Client all documented expenses incurred on behalf of the
event. This includes items such as ticket sales, taxes, staffing and
equipment rental expenses, advertising expenses and catering
expenses.
If Carolina Coliseum determines that ticket sales are not sufficient
to cover facility expenses, it may require the Client to make a
deposit prior to the event. The amount of the deposit will be
decided at the sole discretion of Carolina Coliseum.
