Booking and Administration Office
All booking and building policy inquiries are routed to the facility building director. The director coordinates all preliminary event planning meetings with the appropriate staff members and building clients.

Financial Business Department
Primary areas of responsibility include box office, event accounting and settlement, catering and merchandising.

Box Office
Carolina Coliseum Box Office serves as headquarters for a statewide computerized ticketing system called Capitol Tickets. Box Office hours are Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours can be extended for evening and weekend events, as well as for on sale dates. Individual off-site outlet hours vary.

Operations Department
A combination of full and part-time staff work to make your event run smoothly. From technical production to housekeeping, operations configures the house to make it work for your event and keeps the facility clean for the comfort and safety of our clients.

Marketing Department
For group sales, public relations and advertising, we primary or ancillary support, depending upon your needs. The department runs an in-house advertising agency, keeps in touch with the local media and market, and maintains a current group sales database.

Security Department
Coordinates "T-shirt" security, uniformed and undercover law officers and parking guards for each show. The department also supervises part-time hires during the event.

Front-of-House
A pool of well-trained ushers is maintained year-round and is primarily comprised of college and high school-aged students. An emphasis is placed on maintaining a friendly, customer service-oriented attitude.
