RESERVE YOUR MOVE IN TIME

To make your Move-In Day as seamless as possible, each resident must reserve an official arrival time slot through the Housing Portal beginning the middle of July. Your booking window will be determined by the date and time provided in your email.

Once your assigned building's access opens, you'll have the flexibility to adjust your appointment anytime through the end of July. However, please note that time slots are limited, and University Housing is unable to add additional slots beyond the allotted number per 30-minute period.

If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time, you are welcome to check in anytime after your reserved slot on that assigned day - but early arrivals before your scheduled time are not permitted. Thank you for helping us create a smooth and magical move-in experience for everyone!

If you change buildings, you will need to select a new time or you will be assigned a new arrival time-slot by our team. 

EARLY ARRIVAL DAY

Students participating in early arrival groups must have an invitation from the sponsoring department.
No early arrivals outside of prearranged groups is allowed. 

Time slots are from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Move-In Day and done in 30 minute increments based on traffic and other factors set forth by University administration and USCPD.

All residential students move in August unless you are in a preapproved early arrival group or otherwise noted in the housing portal.

Time slots are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Move-In Day and done in 30 minute increments based on traffic and other factors set forth by University administration and USCPD.

LIMITED MOVE IN DAY

2027 Released Spring 2027

A limited number of residents will have the ability to take advantage of a select opportunity to move in on Friday before Move-In Day.  Currently we are anticipating that the following residence halls will have limited time slots available on a Friday starting as early as 8 a.m. Please do not make flights or travel plans until you have reserved your move in time slot.  

Buildings available on this date will be released at a later time, typically spring 2027.
