Undergraduate Research Campus Partner Grant
- up to $1,500 per recipient for student salary
- for projects in collaboration with a faculty mentor
- funds research, scholarly, and creative projects in all disciplines

Fall Deadline: October 21, 2025 by 5:00 pm
Award Announcement Date: by December 13, 2025
Grant Duration: January 2026 through December 2026
Spring Deadline: March 24, 2026 by 5:00 pm
Award Announcement Date: by May 1, 2026
Grant Duration: June 2026 through May 2026
Eligibility Guidelines and Participating Communities
- applicants must be enrolled for one full semester after the grant begins
(cannot apply the semester graduating) - preference given to students with a record of engagement and good standing in their community
- students may receive the Campus Partner Grant a maximum of two times
- Capstone Scholars - Capstone Scholars and Capstone Fellows
- Galen Health Fellows - projects connected to an aspect of health
- Global Fellows
- Preston Residential College for Leadership
- Sustainability Group - projects that focus on a sustainable topic or issue
Application Process
Complete the following steps by the deadline stated above for your application to be considered complete.

2 | Ask your mentor(s) to complete the Mentor Statement of Support form |

are not eligible to be the primary mentor for a project. |
