In “Brew Better Coffee,” attendees will learn about the history of coffee, its utility in various recipes, and how to buy, grind, and brew the best possible coffee at home.
This Carolina Classroom course will showcase locally roasted coffee beans from local SC roasters.
Attendees will learn about roast levels, flavor notes, and how to perfect the three most common brewing methods: French press, filter pour-over, and espresso. Attendees also have the opportunity to taste and enjoy various coffee beverages.
The course will also include a live brewing demonstration and tasting session for each of the brewing methods. During the demonstration, students will learn the processes, instructions, and tweaks to enjoy their own specialty coffee at home.
This course is perfect for those looking to find a new hobby or simply take a step up from their typical supermarket coffee.
