Project Description: Planned as a flagship facility within USC's Health Sciences Campus at BullStreet, the approximately 275,000-square-foot hospital will expand the university's leadership in brain health by providing advanced neurological and neurosurgical care alongside comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients affected by trauma, stroke, cancer, and other neurological conditions. Floor plans are being developed for an initial capacity of 60 patient beds, with expansion space to accommodate up to 96 beds. Site demolition is scheduled to begin this summer, with site work anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2027.
