- Support recruitment and retention of a skilled and multifaceted workforce.
- Invest in scholar-practitioners by providing professional development opportunities to foster growth.
- Promote a high trust organization by providing guidance and resources for workplace concerns.
- Streamline HR processes for recruitment, position management, employee lifecycle activities, and student
hiring, to enhance efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and ensure a seamless
experience for all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with university policies federal and state regulations.
- Develop meaningful experiences that increase student engagement and connect student employment to learning outcomes
by equipping supervisors with tools to strengthen student employees’ knowledge, skills,
and abilities. Coordinating a core workshop series and highlighting a Student Employee
of the Month to recognize excellence and foster a culture of achievement.
