Social Media Insights Lab

The Social Media Insights Lab shows how online conversations shape the real world.

We use our powerful AI-enhanced software to take deep dives into social media platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit and more. Our tools track trends, measure sentiment, and analyze what people are saying — right now. Students and researchers use these insights to explore topics that matter to them.

Whether it’s public health, politics, sports, or entertainment, we help make sense of the noise. Companies and organizations also use our research to guide smart decisions.

Since 2019, we’ve been turning social media data into real-world impact.
