Research and Teaching Interests

I am an environmental health chemist who studies the "exposome"-the full range of chemicals people encounter throughout their lives-and how these exposures may affect human health. My research examines both environmental contaminants, such as pollutants and other emerging chemicals, and metabolites, which are chemicals naturally produced by our bodies. I use high-resolution mass spectrometry, a powerful technology that can detect and identify thousands of molecules based on their chemical properties, to uncover exposures that may otherwise go unnoticed. By combining mass spectrometry, computational tools, and toxicology, I investigate how environmental chemicals interact with our biology and contribute to diseases with unknown causes.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
