What to Expect
Carolina Rotaract, is the USC chapter of a worldwide service organization affiliated with Rotary International. Chartered in November of 2012, we are responsible for organizing multiple local and international service projects while encouraging personal and professional development and fellowship.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
