Dr. Bhere's research interests and expertise revolve around

• Development and mechanistic evaluation of targeted therapeutics for advanced cancers such as adult and pediatric brain tumors and pancreatic cancer.
• Develop and validate novel carriers to selectively deliver targeted therapeutics to localized tumor sites.
• Develop imaging-based approaches to visualize and track the fate of an administered agents utilizing in vitro and in vivo experimental systems.
• Carryout Investigational New Drug (IND) enabling studies to advance a promising cell and gene therapeutic products from bench-to-bedside.
